Pompano School Bus Crash

A Broward County school bus crashed on West Atlantic Boulevard shortly before 7 a.m. this morning.

Accident involving school buses are quiet different than your typical automobile accident. For one, there is no PIP coverage requirements for school buses unlike automobile. Second, the extent of the injuries tend to be greater because passengers are not required to wear seat belts.

Is this a case a straight forward driver negligence case or is it a product liabilities case?
